Property Link provides an introduction service to Housing Associations and investors. In ninety
percent of deals there is no charge for the buyer for this service.
In a few cases where unit numbers are very low, it is sometimes necessary
to arrange a fee, but this is unusual. Our work focuses on commercial
investors, property groups / clubs, and social investors. Private
investors can also buy through the service once they have completed our
confidentiality agreement and submitted an application. We take the
collection and management of both your personal information, and the
developer’s site information seriously – that’s why
we call ourselves a bank! We would like to point out however, that in
no circumstances do we carry out transactions with your finance. As a
confidential intermediary, we essentially provide a service to match
you with a deal that is right for you. After you have decided to
progress a purchase, all financial arrangements are handled in the
usual way through your solicitors and direct with the developer.
